NEGOTIATION ONLY

You’ve found the perfect property but you’re not confident negotiating with the Real Estate Agent, no problem we’ve got you covered. We talk to Real Estate Agents every day; we’ll negotiate the most favourable terms for you.

AUCTION BIDDING

This service is ideal for clients who are not confident and/or don’t have the time to be able to bid at an auction themselves.

We represent you:

• during pre-auction offers,
• bidding on auction day and
• post auction negotiations.
